Money and Numbers follow, they do not lead: Using incentive pay to manage performance and impact retention. The culture at Quicken Loans is driven by Isms, or Company Philosophies. They have over 250 bonus plans, covering 60% of the company, that provide variable pay based on doing the right things, versus just focusing on output. This program will focus on developing incentive plans, measuring effectiveness, and lessons learned.
